With My wife as my partner we operated a retail pet store that focused on aquariums and fish. We closed the retail portion in the summer of 2024, but we still provide aquarium maintenance services to local bars, nursing hones, and clinics.

• Collaborated with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to ensure accurate information was incorporated into designs for numerous projects.
• Recent survey projects include ALTA surveys for Waterous in ST. Paul, and AMCON / Kami in Duluth MN.
• Worked on the remonumentation of Township 63 N., Range 19 W., setting 25 section corners and verifying 50 in place monuments.
• Provided construction staking for any engineering project in the Duluth area.

• Established CADD standards and field to finish solutions.
• Trained employees in CADD standards.
• Provided research, computations, CADD drafting, and field work.
• Worked on many ALTA surveys, some plats, some PLSS State Park boundaries, and many topographic surveys for engineering projects.
• Worked under Dale Berntsen, LS and others.

My responsibilities as a partner was to provided maintenance and public relations for an investment group that had in its portfolio 72 rental units in 19 properties. The partnership consisted of my brother, a good friend, and me.
