  • Go in in the morning 6am start making prep list for the day for food that we cook
  • Make sure the line is setup, and make sure everybody is there for the shift
  • Do prep lists and to make sure we have enough food to cook and serve, and open the doors at 11am
  • Also as a Key/Manager I would do ordering for the produce, and also making sure when it comes in that its all accounted for and sign off on it when the delivery driver brings it in. Also as a key manager I would have my own set of keys.
  • Food expeditor. put all the condiments on the food and run out the food to the customers
  • Through out the shift make sure the kitchen stays sanitary by frequently changing the sanitizer mix, also make sure there is no cross contamination on the cook line.
  • I was a host for 3 months, I greeted people at the door and seated them at assigned spots in the dining room according to a chart, that was made at the beginning of the shift. I would also tell them what the specials and soups were for that day.
  • Also every monday go in early and do inventory of the entire kitchen with the general manager.
  • Worked at Buffalo Applebees 2012 (cook) 2013 (key manager) transferred to delano as a key manager
