Being a Seasonal TA has the primary responsibility of managing anything within the store outdoor and garden supplies, managing toys and managing our season(primally holiday items) based products that cycle through the store. Responsibilities for managing these departments include providing customer assistance to guests on the on the main floor of the Walmart, cleaning and organizing the various departments to look presentable as well as easy to shop through for customers. When needed I am excepted to work on any product freight and ensure the new items are stocked on the floor, as well as working any overstock as products sell and any extra can take its place. I also have experience in using company provided tools to work on any price changes within the store as needed as well as unlocking our various locked cases for customers.
Being an Apparel TA primarily included managing the store fitting rooms for customers as well as processing items returned from the store customer service and making sure those items are returned to their floor locations if they are able too. When finished with processing returns other responsibilities include unlocking baby formula and monitors for customers in locked cases, folding any untidy clothes on the main floor and when needed completing any product freight and and completing price changes when they are available. On occasions I would also be responsible for setting up new aisle locations for new products or products who's prices changed.
