• Assess, diagnose, and treat clients with a range of mental health needs using research based clinical frameworks and the DSM-V.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with clients to set measurable goals, and regularly update goals based on their progress.
• Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as other trauma focused psychotherapy approaches.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
• Provided crisis intervention and risk assessments when appropriate, including safety planning.
• Educate and refer clients to available community resources, connecting them with essential services when additional support is needed.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, consent forms, and billing documentation.
• Ensure all services comply with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and state licensure requirements.

• Coordinate assessments, facilitate treatment referrals, and prepare appropriate case plans with clients.
• Establish strong working relationships with community partners, treatment providers, and the Department of Corrections to collaborate and refer client to the appropriate services.
• Monitor court ordered GPS, Drug/Alcohol testing, and client’s progress in the program.
• Meet with assigned clients on regular basis and stay in contact with their treatment providers/community providers.
• Act as liaison for the OWI Treatment Court Team-disseminating program information to the Judge, Probation Office, District Attorney, and Public Defender on the team.
• Enter timely and precise case notes and update client data in database
• Prepare weekly Treatment Court Roster and attend weekly court hearings or staffing to update team on clients’ status.

• Provide supportive interactions with counseling and monitoring of patients in a 1:1 or group setting
• Assess the changes in patients' behavior and notify provider and treatment team
• Behavior management, cognitive behavior therapy, family and systems-based work, group therapy and other evidence-based practices
• Assist the treatment team and partner with patient in developing and modifying Behavioral Health plans.
• Partner with the treatment team to encourage patient compliance with Behaviors Support plans of Care and provide alternative tools and skills to help adolescents manage and cope.
• Facilitate educational/skills groups
• Participate in family and provider meetings

• Serve as Re-Entry Case Manager for clients, assessing needs and strengths, designing individual case plans, providing information/resources available that will help with their transition back into the community.
• Promote educational and employment pathways for inmates to access and be successful in while incarcerated, as well as directly after release.
• Administer and interpret career-related assessments, collaborate with client to develop goals, and incorporate results into designing employability plans.
• Collaborate with human service providers and mental health providers in the area to connect client’s with upon their release.
• Co-facilitate SMART Recovery and different cognitive skill groups, and employment skills group with in the La Crosse County Jail Programing Pod.
• Work closely with La Crosse County Jail programing staff to continue to develop Jail programming and better transitional services available prior to an inmate’s release.

• Provide Case management, career planning, educational, employment services, and referral services to clients who are incarcerated, on electronic monitoring, or recently released
• Administer career-related assessments, collaborate with client to develop goals, and incorporate results into employability plan
• Assess needs and strengths to help design individual case plans, matching client with a mentor, and monitor progress through bi-weekly meetings
• Collaborate with human service providers, including staff from Project PROVEN at WTC, Housing Authority, substance abuse agencies, Probation and Parole, ATTIC, and post-secondary institutions to improve offender outcomes
• Maintain case notes and enter/update appropriate information into database.
• Conduct cognitive skill groups and employment class in La Crosse County Jail.
