Monitor milk volume preventing overflow while maintaining cleanliness of milk silos and expiration of non-pasteurized milk. Direct ATP swabs on filler machines for cleanliness and quality. • Calibrate and maintain maintenance on the Delta Lactoscope . The Delta lactoscope analyzes butterfat and total solids. Calibration process involves plotting and graphing data to ensure accurate test results. Micro test products for coliform, SPC, yeast and mold to determine safety of product before releasing production to customers. Communicate with other DFA plants within the region regarding the release or hold of a COA (certificate of analysis). Perform a direct micro count (DMC) and antibiotic test on raw milk before receiving external raw milk into our silos. Direct communication with DFA dispatch to route supply of raw liquids to designated locations to match the demand of weekly production and reserves. Monitor and relocate milk volume to prevent overflow while maintaining cleanliness (state inspectors standards and regulations) and expiration of non-pasteurized milk. Direct and assign ATP swabs to filler machines, vats, HTST, and other equipment for cleanliness and quality. Manage and monitor the shelf life of products though regulated temperature ensuring products code and shelf-life. Meet, discuss and strategize with the production team to improve ways of quality while not risking the flow rate of production. Assist QA manager with solutions regarding consumer complaints.
