Train new staff to maintain the safety of the shelter, handle crisis calls, complete all necessary paperwork and intake process, and complete Podio entries to assist in finding shelter for those that are unhoused.

Strengthen the Native community, promote understanding, recognition and respect for all cultures, and enrich the community as a whole.
The goal is to promote respect for one another, along with promoting family togetherness and healing.
I am currently on the housing subcommittee, with a goal of promoting housing for all with stability.
