Logan Marquardt

My names Logan Marquardt, and Im 20 years old. I started in construction right out of high school and currently work at Knobelsdorff, in there solar division, doing the underground work. That job involves trenching, running conduit in short to long trenches. Key factors in what I do is the ability to work with a team and handle any problems that may come up along the way. I am able to read blueprints fairly well and am learning more and more each day. I often run Skid steer in backfilling procedures. I am self-motivated to show up and become the best I can physically be and do what it takes to do so.
