  • I processed many customer shipments from pick up to delivery at international locations.
  • My biggest customer was Hewlett Packard, I was the PIC on all HPE shipments.
  • I processed all on-hands, HAWB, MAWB, Manifests.
  • I set up all trucking and flights details.
  • I had weekly meetings with TRAX who is the payment center for HPE and made sure if there were any discrepancy with rates they were fixed in a time manner, so the invoice was in payment before ending on the AR report.
  • I handled the accounting for the entire air export department, which included processing all trucking invoices, all destination charge invoices and anything else that was needed.
  • I also did all of the CCA’s for all departments, including air export, air import, ocean export and ocean import.
  • I also was part of the audit team.

  • We partnered with a company called ONTO innovations and allowed them to keep there freight in our warehouse.

  • My GM noticed that and asked me to help other departments that were struggling.
  • I have continued to work with all departments and decreasing the penalty list monthly.

  • I took phone calls of all kinds, from what size water heater will best fit their needs, gave out Noritz certified plumber information in their area, and engaged in trouble shooting before scheduling a plumber to help them with their needs.
  • When the rebates from the energy companies started to excel and become extremely busy, I became the lead of this department.
  • I took all rebate phone calls, contacted their energy company on their behalf and filled out all the necessary paperwork for our customer to receive their rebate.
  • I also kept up on all the new and latest rebates from all energy companies and sent all new information to Nortiz’ sales team to pass on to their potential customers.
  • After their installation, I would make sure there were no additional rebates I could get for our customer before sending in all the necessary paperwork for processing.
