- 2014-2017. Literacy Specialist. Mentored literacy practice across disciplines, coached teachers, designed and implemented professional development. Taught reading courses.
- Leadership roles:
- Initiated Poetry Out Loud program, producing two state champions, 3 runner-ups and 12 conference champs in ten years. Designed curriculum for program that has every 10th grader in school performing poetry.
