Master of Arts in counseling psychology and 25 years’ experience working with adults, adolescents and families in director, supervisory, therapeutic and support positions. Marriage and Family Therapy licensure. Experience supervising and overseeing forensic mental health treatment teams, sex offender specific treatment teams and community mental health. Experience providing clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians and psychologists. Experience providing direct client contact in a high security forensic environment. English and Spanish fluency. Staff development and training experience. Demonstrated ability to gather data, compile information, prepare reports, manage clinical staff and client caseloads. Experience writing reports for court and legal proceedings and testifying in review board and Supreme Court of Appeals hearings. Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals and develop and maintain treatment plans.
