Summary

I am an employee with a strong work ethic that is proven by my 27 years with the same organization. I believe in being involved within the company I work for. I can show that by my extracurricular positions I hold outside of my staffing coordinator positions such as: Labor Management Committee, Local union Vice President/ Secretary, Mother Local Secretary, Behavioral Care Team, Environment of Care Team, and LPN.

With the extra positions I must be detail oriented with a strong understanding of multiple contracts. I believe in building relationships with those that I serve.

I helped Leann teach the steward training in Grand Rapids this year, and try to attend training, even if it is something I have done in the past as I believe you can always learn something new.

I have believed in my local union over my 27 years by holding multiple positions such as treasure, secretary, president and currently vice-president/secretary.

I believe in this union and would like to continue to build my time with it now and a Labor Representative.
