For seven years, I thrived as a Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Star office in Mongolia, where I managed a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. My responsibilities included:

• Market Analysis: Conducting in-depth market research to assess property values, market trends, and competitive pricing strategies, ensuring clients received the best possible advice for buying, selling, or investing.

I began my career at Mobicom Corporation by preparing detailed business plans for my division, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. I then progressed to analyzing the profitability of Mobicom's main branches and franchised sub-branches, delivering critical insights to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.

Building on these achievements, I accelerated my career and took on the role of Project Leader in my final two years with the company. During this time, I successfully completed the One Shop Standard Project, a transformative initiative that continues to be utilized today. This project involved establishing consistent standards for branch interiors, designing professional uniforms for sales representatives, optimizing workstations, and creating efficient self-service sections. These efforts significantly enhanced customer experience and operational consistency across all branches.
