Summary

As a Shift Leader, my number one responsibility is the safety and well-being of the children. On top of that, I supervise other employees. This means that sometimes I am engaged with children, playing games, serving food, or helping them solve problems amongst themselves. At other points, I oversee the entire group, monitoring both students and staff to ensure we move safely and efficiently through the day. I also coordinate with parents and other trusted adults when they pick up and drop off their child. As shift lead, it is also my responsibility to communicate with school management if their are more significant issues among students and/or staff.
