- Tended to the needs of children aged six weeks to five years. I primarily worked in the infant room where I fed, changed, rocked, and entertained infants aged six weeks to sixteen months.
- Developed strong relationships with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, parents, and colleagues by helping to create a communicative, supportive, and uplifting environment.
- Maintained classroom cleanliness when closing rooms for the day. I sanitized all surfaces, kept the carpet clear for the janitorial staff, disinfected pacifiers, washed toys, did laundry, and ensured everything ended up in its proper location.
- Enhanced classroom productivity by being an effective extra set of hands for the lead teachers.
- Maintained accurate records of attendance, intake, output, behavior, cares, activities, and injuries through charting. I also communicated with parents about their child's development and any injuries that occurred.
- Manage the nursery room during church services once a month. I tend to children aged infants to preschool. I entertain them during the services. I clean up the classroom after the service has ended.
