At C&L I started as an assistant driver, advanced to relief sales & promotions, then a sales representative, key account manager, area sales manager and past five years have been the general sales manager. Currently oversee seven area sales managers, 32 sales representatives, category management team and merchandising department. Have helped the company become the largest Anheuser Busch distributor in Minnesota by growing sales across multiple categories and four distributor acquisitions. Set expectations for all territories and help build a winning culture and positive environment. Help acquire brands, meet with suppliers, identify opportunities at retail, set goals and develop route to market strategies. Build meeting decks and present to the sales team in person and through go to meeting to our six branches.
