  • Started in a sales role with Ravmotors in February 2019.
  • This company specializes in Salvage title vehicles, so it was a completely different experience from what I was used to selling new and preowned vehicles.
  • In 2021 was promoted to store manager. Being a smaller company this involved continuing doing sales, training the sales team in F&I, maintaining a clean and presentable store front, taking care of customer satisfaction and concerns, etc.
  • Another big part of the job was vehicle acquisitions and reconditioning. This involved trade appraisals, purchasing vehicles on Manheim, OVE, Copart, IAA, and private party. I would then coordinate reconditioning with the many shops we work with to get them retail ready.
  • Some of the highlights included signing several new financial institutions to the company. VSC penetration went from around 15% to 37% with continued training of staff in objection handling. Was responsible for working directly with F&I companies to create products directly related to coverage of salvage title vehicles including a brand-new GAP contract that was specifically designed for the company and the product that was being sold.
  • Managed daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the store, maintaining a clean, safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Addressed customer complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to maintain positive relationships with clientele.

  • Started as customer specialist trainee in August 2014. This included a mix of in store training as well as in class training.
  • Obtained my manufacturer certification and became a customer specialist in October of 2014.
  • July 2015 I earned the position of an account executive. To qualify required a 3-month rolling average of 20+ cars per month, CSI above the national average, and average PVR over $1,000. This position required to maintain said standards on a 3-month rolling average. Stayed in this position until February 2019.
  • Provided exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and effectively to ensure long-term loyalty.
