Schedules production for 2 product lines within Activar.

Maxam Metal Products Canada - Remote in Burnaby, British Columbia.

In this role, my responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Scheduling production for all sales and stock demand.
• Tracking the status of all live orders
• Working with Production Management across 5 different sites to help prioritize WIP
• Coordinating between 3 different sites for component deliveries
• Working with Sale/Service to provide status updates on customer orders
• Working with Purchasing for materials delivery to ensure an unhindered production schedule
• Providing Production Reports to Sales, Service, Project Planners, and Management pertaining to production statuses and scheduling
• Using ERP to monitor stock, component, and material levels
• Analyzing workflow processes for potential streamlining and impovment

• Created Tracking and Reporting Plan (Score Cards) to Monitor Performance
• Helped Create QA Program to Measure Call Quality
• Monitored & Manage Call Volumes to meet department SLAs
• Reporting performance on a daily basis to direct report and site director
• Working to create other processes and systems within the department (knowledge base repository, escalation procedure etc.)
