I am a current Student at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire expected to graduate in the spring of 2025. My experience as a student has been far from traditional. I took a gap semester my sophomore year to hike the 2,200 mile Appalachian Trail from Maine to Georgia, I studied at West Virginia University for a year as part of a domestic exchange program, and in the summer I work as a commercial roofing apprentice. I thoroughly enjoy physical labor, giving presentations, and having conversation. My unique experiences have forced me to develop a strong determination to achieve goals and an ability to effectively communicate with individuals from any background.
