Personal care services include:

• supporting residents' daily living activities.
• attending to residents' personal hygiene, physical, and cognitive needs.
• assisting with medical treatments and procedures.

Develop lesson plans:

Create age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that focus on areas like literacy, numbers, shapes, and early science concepts

• Teach basic skills: Instruct children in fundamental skills through a variety of methods, including songs, games, stories, and hands-on activities like crafts and physical play.
• Facilitate activities: Lead and supervise a range of activities that promote physical, mental, and social development.
• Ensure safety: Maintain a secure and supervised environment for all children, both in the classroom and during outside activities.
• Identify developmental needs:Recognize and document children who may have learning or development issues and collaborate with specialists as needed.
• Provide feedback: Prepare regular reports and conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss each child's progress.
