I am responsible for all banking relations and movements of all incoming and outgoing funds including reconciling across all bank accounts. I import data uploads to update customer payments and collections into NetSuite. I provide reporting details to our corporate controller to reflect an accurate accounting of receipts and expenses. I work in a cross functional aspect with Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Payroll and Accounting departments. I developed the training documents of new ERP system (NetSuite) for Accounts Payable, Banking and Accounts Receivable departments. I work closely with outside partners, such as collection agency, USDA, and payment processor.

• I was the lead in the department at one time
• I trained new personnel when needed and assist others as needed
• I have taken on special project duties to assist the Accounting department such as doing the daily matching of all BU FEBA accounts
• I have taken on the AR schedules for gift card, EBT, Spay and Credit Card
• I have worked with our collection company for returned checks
• I work closely with field personnel regarding banking or payment type questions
• I am responsible for the Midwest and West Zones for any loss prevention issues
• I have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have gained experience in SAP in this position

• Processing paper post dated checks, entering Accounts Payable invoices, and imaging documents
