Currently leading the ballfield crew, training co-workers on equipment, driving and how to prepare game fields. Passionate about learning various equipment, new roles in the parks department and improving my skillset.

Performed maintenance and repair work of baseball/softball fields, including mowing, dragging infields, repairing mounds, fixing fences, fertilizing/spraying herbicides. Often worked alone, and trained other employees. Operated a variety of equipment, including Toro mowers, Toro Field Pro, Toro Sand Pro, Bobcat Toolcat, Cat 908 loader, daily driving trucks with trailers.

• Installed new tires and wheels, performed maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning.
• Experience managing new and existing inventory, lead a team of 4-5 technicians in a service environment.
• Trained new staff on company policies, procedures, job duties, safety protocols and other relevant topics.

• Used mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools to trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain landscaping.
