As a BRS I take on many roles at Madison Elementary to support a smooth running school day. These roles include supporting the building in any way needed such as bussing, pick up/drop off, and lunch periods. I also move in and out of classrooms throughout the building supporting students and teachers in any way I can. The roles I am most proud of are building lasting, positive relationships with both students and staff members. Building positive relationships with students has helped me understand, support, and impact the daily well being of our students. The positive relationships I have with staff members allows them to rely on me and trust that I will do my best.

• As a manager, I regularly open and close the store. I order and take in deliveries on a weekly basis, as needed.
• Create prices based on current trends or market prices. Suggest sales based on products that need to go or are struggling to move.
• With the vast variety of demographics in downtown Saint Cloud, I use my communication skills to build relationships with all different types of people. Patience and quick decision making have allowed me to feel safe and in control of the store when dealing with unwanted circumstances that arise.

• Removed snow from sidewalks and parking lots of various companies around Saint Cloud. Often times, we worked throughout the night during or after a snowstorm.

• My first job in high school consisted of making pizzas, as well as running the oven. Tasked with watching a high number of pizzas in a high-paced environment while making sure the product was up to the standards of our customers.
• By the end, I delivered pizzas and became a bartender. Often times being the night manager, closing up the store, and counting the money.
