Create and maintain excel spreadsheet tracking costs for each work order, and items used from inventory per work order. Enter bills into QuickBooks and invoice customers in quickbooks. Maintain received goods spreadsheet and files. Bill out storage units monthly and access late fees when necessary. Rent and receive u haul truck and trailer rentals and equipment.order office supplies and retrieve mail from post office daily. Complete bank deposits. Multiple other office and manufacturing duties like shipping out parts to customers and track incoming orders.
