Shawna Poppe

I am an achieved manager with strong leadership and supervisory skills. I am able to deescalate situations of turmoil and promote optimism and team work. I have proven to be dependable, trustworthy and hardworking over the 20 years of being employed with current facility. I have been lead supervisor for the 18 of the 20 years of employment. Some of the duties include supervising staff members in the proper usage of monetary exchanges as well as upholding accountability for checklists not matching up. I lead by example practicing what is preached showing kindness while also being able to hold affirmative action as far as keeping staff within rules, laws and guidelines not only for the business but for the city and the state and federal laws as well.
