I transferred my skills as an Assistant Manager at Target Starbucks to a General Manager of Starbucks with Sherman Associates. My first location I oversaw was in West St. Paul. After one year where I successfully made the business profitable, I was transferred to the location in downtown Minneapolis. This was one of the busiest licensee Starbucks in the state of MN.


My responsibilities included:

-Responsible for hiring, training, and retaining a staff of 25+ top talented individuals; scheduling my team to sustain weekly revenue of over $40,000.

-Leading with courage to push the status quo, and drive for results.

-Manage the store's financial performance by reviewing Profit and Loss statements and meeting budget expectations.

-Modeling legendary customer service to all internal and external guests.

-Actively manage team members by conducting regular performance assessments, providing feedback, setting achievable goals.

-Create pars and ordering product required for production, as well as conduct monthly inventory for all product in the store.

-Managing conflict while holding team members accountable to expectations.
