  • Receive the circuit board out of the soldering machine, and inspect every solder joint and all parts on the circuit board to standards per the engineering instructions.
  • Fix any solder joints by hand, then pass inspection in the computer, and put on the rack.
  • If parts are missing, send faulty boards to rework, and fill out the rework slip with the job number.
  • Track how many faulty boards there are, and if there are too many errors, shut down the assembly line to ensure the correct parts are put in the correct spots per engineering instructions.
