Work Experience Summary:
I previously worked as a Reservation Assistant at Shangri-La Hotel, where I developed strong multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills. The role required managing a high volume of reservations through email, which involved entering guest information into four different systems. This taught me to pay close attention to small details and process information quickly and accurately. Additionally, I became comfortable working under pressure and managing a heavy workload efficiently.
At ITTLLDC, I enhanced my research and writing skills through various academic and policy-related assignments. Working alongside Korean and French colleagues helped me improve my cross-cultural communication and adaptability in a multicultural environment.
At Nepko Publishing, I completed a one-month internship where I translated several books, which significantly improved my English proficiency. I also worked on two editorial projects: one for my university’s 100th year anniversary book, and another for the 100th year anniversary publication of Gobi-Ugtaal Sum in Dundgovi Province. Though the formal internship ended, I continue to assist the team on an as-needed basis.
