Maintained a safe and productive dock. I Worked with Ops Managers to maintain a safe environment while meeting the companies standards in safety, scanning, miss-loads, and PH retention. Completed Gaining Grounds for all of my direct managers. Moved our QA area to help reduce damaged packages. Ensured that we completed every due trailer each and every day no later than 9:30 AM for a 9:45 AM dispatch. Worked directly with ISP to insure proper work areas were loaded into the correct trucks.

Assist the Sort Manager in maintaining a safe sort with timely dispatches. Monitoring productivity, scan compliance, PH attendance, gaining ground. Ensuring that every package gets attempted for delivery ever day.

I assisted the P & D Managers with their daily tasks and duties. I help ensure all pickups and deliveries were attempted. I handle complaints from the ISP's and customer's in a timely manner with a positive attitude.

Assisted surgeon with performing surgery. Handed Surgeon equipment needed and ensure field sterilization.

My Responsibilities were to manage 31 apartments. Take care of multiple people by ensuring their safety and well-being. Scheduling and maintaining activities, medications, meals, and personal hygiene. Reviewing vacancies and transfers that benefit both the patient and the company.
