I was responsible for shipping and receiving copiers, copier toner and parts quickly and efficiently. I was also involved in the process of the warehouse annual physical inventory count at the end of every year I worked there. Other duties I assisted in were helping assemble copiers onto their intended bases by means of a heavy duty lift, unloading trucks by means of pallet jack and receiving the inventory on the companies software (E-Automate). While employed I received forklift certification and have 3 years of experience.

I was responsible for being sure guests and team members were following the rules set by the casino accordingly on the Mystic Lake gaming enterprises and hotel. I would also escort large money cartridges to the ATMs and from the vault and vice versa being sure no one tries to tamper with or even potentially steal from our hard count team members. I would also be assigned at entrances and checking guests IDs to be sure they are allowed on gaming floor premises. In case of an emergency I would report to surveillance of the location and properly identifying guests or team members in a medical or domestic incident so that management can comply.

I was responsible for stocking and organizing store shelves and the back warehouse inventory for easy access. I would also help customers locate items and help them with any other issues like cleaning a mess or escorting and collecting heavy items for disabled customers. Occasionally, I would also help on cashier duties and bagging items for customers.
