I lead the laser area which includes 2 Trumpf lasers, an Amada fiber-optic laser, a shear and a nester. also am the lead for the stainless FIP. In charge of ordering all stainless for the building. Also all nitrogen, oxygen, hellium, amd carbon dioxide gas cylinders from praxair for lasers.

Ran a Trumpf laser by downloading jobs off nesting,ensuring correct tools and steel are being used, and making sure finished piece is free of burrs, scratches and has correct holes, cutouts and dimensions. Used forklift to unload steel from trucks and put into racks or machine. Nested parts into a program to reduce waste,

Ran fiberglass and stainless foam-in-place (FIP).Making programs, calibrating table, and machine, using prints to make correct foam path and profile on cover or body. Used forklift to grab additional chemical barrels and also to pull product from unfinished rack and put away in finished rack after being foamed. Made minor and some major repairs on equipment to reduce down time due to waiting on maintenance.

Welded seams on mild steal and stainless enclosures as well as mounting feet on each. Ran a brake press including making programs by using prints to ensure proper form, fit and function. Ground seams of enclosures to ensure a nice smooth finish. spotwelded clamp brackets and hinges onto enclosures.

Ran the brake press to form JIC enclosures. Spot welded hinges mounting feet, and any other miscellaneous parts. Belt sanded welds to have a smooth finish. Mig welded seams on enclosures. Ran an autowelder by adjusting pins to different dimensions of enclosure to ensure proper weld on seams.
