I have a strong passion working for children, which has only been made stronger with my employment at LILA so far, I've really grown in so many aspects when it comes to interacting with different personalities of kids. I've been able to encourage many kids to work with each other to solve problems. I've been able to provide my one on one support to kids who struggle in areas such as struggles with social cues, ADHD, and temperament problems. I've also learned a lot about working with my LILA coworkers and knowing when to and not step in and provide support.

5 MonthsAs an explorer club assistant aid I often am responsible for monitoring and promoting social development in children of the Pre-School and Kindergarten ages.
I am responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary classroom environment.
I frequently must adapt my instructional strategies in order to meet the needs of many different child personalities.
I take part in collaborating with my coworkers to do organized special events with the children.
I am familiar with the pro-care app, and used it during programming to send messages to parents as well attendance management.

I spent my entire childhood K-12 at Lila, I was apart of the Mandarin Immersion Program which I graduated with my bilingual certificate. I am currently majoring in PTA, and attending Anoka-Ramsey in Cambridge to get my associates where I then plan on transferring to a university close to home. My GPA is currently a 4.0.
