• Leading interdisciplinary meetings
• Overseeing completion of audits based on resident needs and survey
• Ensuring federal and state compliance
• Leading monthly QAPI meetings
• Leading PIPP meetings and compliance

• Perform focused assessments on residents with acute medical concerns
• Perform admission assessments and documentation on newly admitted residents
• Develop care plans with residents to aid the quality of their care
• Monitor daily assignments and progress of Nursing Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help residents meet care plan goals

• Leading mandatory in services for all staff
• Initiating audits based on federal/state survey
• Leading interdisciplinary meetings in relation to resident safety
• Monitoring compliance on facility policies and procedures
