I am Incredible passionate about the position being offered here. I did everything I could to further improve my leadership skills throughout my first semester and earned the recommendation of my RA Kobey. The benefits of a position such as an RA or LC leader would do unmitigated good for my education. Everything in my power wil be devoted to filling the role of a leader and the needs of those around me if I'm given the opportunity to fill this role.

While a bit abstract, I believe the skills I've picked up as a long term DM could greatly help me in this position. I have in depth experience of managing the schedules of my peers, the ability to quickly react an solve problems as the come up, and the interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts in a satisfactory manner.
